Introduction of stencil service

Our company mainly produces PCB, PCB stencil manufacturing is an additional business. Of course, you can also customize the stencil individually.

 

Thickness:

Our stencil thickness is mainly: 0.10, 0.12, 0.13, 0.15, 0.18, 0.2, 0.25, 0.30mm. Generally, the denser the IC pin is, the thinner the stencil is. We usually use 0.10-0.15mm stencil thickness (red glue stencil 0.15mm). If there are special requirements, please contact us ! We can produce according to your specified thickness.

 

Notes on placing an order

 

1. Customers only need to provide us with PCB gerber file or PCB board ( Not including copying board cost),and tell the specific production requirements (such as: solder paste stencil or red glue stencil, machine scraping solder paste or manual scraping solder paste, etc.);Please make sure that the document / board provided is correct

2. Engineer processing; the processed documents are sent to the customer for confirmation in PDF;

3. After the customer confirms and arrange payment, we will arrange the production soon

FAQ

1. Q: Is this price of stencil laser?
A: 100% laser stencil , do not doubt it because it is lower than the etching price. Look at the quality and accuracy.

2. Q: What is the smallest component?
A: the smallest components that can be produced by our PCB process (that is to say, all the package pads that can be seen can be made) can be used to process stencil. There is no problem with 0.2mm pad and 0.25mm BGA.

3. Q: Is the thicker the steel sheet, the better?
A: No, it is usually selected according to the size and spacing of component pads (the smaller the spacing, the thinner the steel sheet). Our project will choose the optimal state. We have 0.1-0.30mm steel sheet. (if there are special requirements, it can be explained separately, we can do it according to the specified thickness)

4. Q: Which layer in PCB file is used for stencil?
A: Usually, when designing a circuit board, there will be a special layer (one for the top layer and one for the bottom layer) to make stencil. Protel99 (99SE, DXP, AD) corresponds to past. If there is no such layer, we will define it according to solder mask and drilling.
